White Glove Movers in Las Vegas
A defined, protection-first moving service for luxury homes, high-value furnishings, art, and specialty deliveries across Las Vegas. Full packing, floor and wall protection, room-by-room placement, and the same crew from load to unload.
A move coordinator walks your home or project with you, notes every item that needs special handling, and builds a written plan before moving day.
White glove moving at Umbrella Movers is a defined service, not a label. It means every surface in your home is protected before the first item moves, every piece is packed and wrapped to match its value, and the same crew that loads your belongings is the crew that places them in your new home. It is the service we run for estates in The Ridges and Summerlin, for designer cabinetry deliveries into new builds, and for homes where the furniture, art, and electronics are worth doing right.

What White Glove Moving Includes
Every white glove move starts with an in-home walkthrough. A move coordinator goes room by room with you, documents high-value and fragile items, checks doorways, stairs, elevators, and access points, and turns that into a written plan with crew size, truck count, and materials.
On moving day the crew protects the home before touching furniture. That means floor runners on hard surfaces, carpet shield, padded doorway and jamb protection, wall corner guards on tight turns, and elevator pads where a building requires them. The same protection goes down at the destination before the first item is carried in.
Items are wrapped and packed to match their value: custom packing and double-boxing for art and mirrors, blanket wrap and stretch wrap on every furniture piece, screen protection for TVs, and hardware bagged and labeled so reassembly is straightforward. Gym equipment, safes, and oversized pieces are disassembled where appropriate and moved with the right equipment.
Specialty Items We Handle
Fine art, mirrors, and framed pieces are packed in custom or double-walled cartons with corner protection and carried flat or upright as the piece requires. Antiques and heirloom furniture are blanket-wrapped and padded at every contact point.
Televisions and monitors are dismounted from walls when needed, screen-protected, and boxed. Designer cabinetry, custom millwork, and specialty furniture are wrapped and moved as coordinated deliveries, including into active new-construction homes. Ellipticals, treadmills, StairMasters, and other heavy gym equipment are disassembled, padded, and moved with dollies and ramps built for the weight.
Pianos, safes, hot tubs, and other oversized items are handled under the same standard with the right crew size and equipment.
Packing, Unpacking, and Room-by-Room Placement
White glove service can include full packing of the entire home, partial packing of kitchens and fragile rooms, or protection-only handling of furniture you have already packed. Boxes are labeled by room and by contents so nothing has to be opened to figure out where it belongs.
At the destination the crew places furniture where you want it, unpacks to the level you have chosen, and removes the packing materials we brought. You walk the home with the crew lead at the end and confirm every room before the truck leaves.
Inventory, Labeling, and Staging
High-value moves get a written inventory of specialty items at the walkthrough, updated as the crew packs. Boxes and wrapped pieces are labeled and color-coded by room. Items are staged in the truck by destination room so unloading happens in the right order, and staging areas at the new home keep hallways and finished floors clear while rooms are set.
HOA, Gated Community, High-Rise, and COI Coordination
Many white glove moves happen inside guard-gated communities and towers with their own rules. We coordinate gate access and crew arrival with the community, deliver certificates of insurance to HOAs and building management ahead of the move, reserve freight elevators and loading docks, and follow each building's protection requirements for hallways and elevators. If a community has its own safety procedures for new builds, the crew follows them.
Same Crew From Load to Unload
The crew that packs and loads your home is the crew that unloads and places it. They know how each piece was wrapped, where the fragile boxes are, and which room everything belongs in. Customers tell us this is the single biggest difference they notice.
