Restaurant moves are heavy, awkward, and time-boxed. We have done them: a 4,000 square foot Chinatown restaurant relocated with four movers and two trucks, including the dining room, metal shelving, and the full industrial kitchen. Umbrella Movers moves front-of-house furniture and back-of-house equipment across the Las Vegas valley, licensed under CPCN 3364 and fully insured, on a schedule built around your service hours.

Front of house and back of house
Front of house covers dining tables, chairs, bar stools, booth seating, host stands, servers, and bar back shelving. Booths are the piece most often underestimated, and they usually need to come apart to clear a doorway.
Back of house covers stainless prep tables, work counters, speed racks, wire shelving, mixers, slicers, reach-ins, and freestanding cooking equipment. Wire and metal shelving comes apart and goes back together, which is faster and safer than trying to walk assembled units through a service corridor.
Scheduling around service
Most restaurant work happens after close or on a dark day. We can also phase a move so one location keeps serving while the other is built out.
Multi-truck and multi-crew projects are routine, which is what makes a single overnight turnaround realistic on a full kitchen and dining room.

Our Process
Site Walkthrough
We walk the kitchen and dining room, measure the equipment against the doorways and the path out, and flag anything that has to be broken down or taken through a different opening.
Timing Confirmed
We confirm your move window against everything else happening that day, so the crew arrives when the equipment is ready to come out and nobody is waiting around.
Protected Move
Floors, doorways, and corners are protected first. Equipment is padded, wrapped, and secured, and dining furniture is grouped so the room can be reset quickly.
Unloaded at the New Space
Equipment and dining furniture are unloaded and carried inside, so your team can set the line and the room the way you want it.
Restaurant projects are quoted on the equipment list, the access at both locations, and the hours the crew can work. A walkthrough is the fastest way to get an accurate number.
