Moving into a 55+ community
Sun City Summerlin, Sun City Anthem, Siena, and the valley's other active adult communities each have their own rules: gate access lists, permitted move hours, elevator reservations, and where a truck is allowed to park. We handle that coordination with the community before move day rather than discovering it at the gate.
The same applies to independent and assisted living residences, which usually have tighter move windows and a loading entrance that is not the front door.
Downsizing without the pressure
Most senior moves are downsizing moves, which means the hard part happens before the truck arrives. Once you and your family have settled what is coming, tell us and we handle it from there.
What we do not do is push. There is no upsell on move day and no deposit to hold your date. If you need a second walkthrough because a family member wants to be there, that is normal and it is free.
When the new place is not ready
Timing rarely lines up cleanly. If the new residence is not available yet, we can coordinate storage and move your belongings in when it is, so you are not paying for a rushed close or a hotel stay full of boxes.
That coordination is part of the same job with the same crew, not a handoff to a third party.
Packing as much or as little as you want
Some families pack everything themselves and just want the heavy work done. Others want us to walk in and handle all of it. Both are normal.
Tell us what you want packed and we will pack it, from a few rooms of fragile and sentimental items up to a full white-glove pack of the entire house. We bring the materials, and we take them away again once you are unpacked.

We walk the home with you and whoever is helping, room by room, at whatever pace suits. You get a written estimate afterward. There is no deposit required to hold a date.

Downsizing means some things stay behind. You and your family decide what makes the trip, and we load and move exactly what you point us to.
Packed and Moved at Your Pace
We pack whatever you have asked us to pack, from a few rooms to the whole house, then protect and load it. Fragile and sentimental items are handled separately. If the day needs to slow down, it slows down.
Set Up, Not Just Delivered
We place the furniture where you want it, unpack as much as you would like, and take away the packing materials we brought so you are not living around a stack of boxes.
Senior moves are quoted on the size of the move, the access at both ends, and how much packing you want us to do. A walkthrough is free and there is no deposit to hold a date.
