How to Make a Move Less Stressful

Organize. Moving the average family of four can seem overwhelming without a plan. Weeks before moving day, start breaking the big move into smaller tasks when you have time to think clearly and creatively. Notify people and businesses of your change of address, know when to terminate utilities and forward mail. Create a leisurely schedule for packing each room and storage area.
